Michelle took a scrappy cartoonish snippet of a flag image we gave her, and transformed it into a dedication mural that so deeply captures the gratitude to our Veterans that our Dad had wanted for many, many years. The incredibly artistry in the detail and shadowing Michelle used give the illusion that the flag is actually moving as the sun shines on it through the clouds and trees - it is absolutely magical. Michelle is an amazing artist who puts a bit of herself into every one of her creations and we are so very fortunate to have had her create this mural tribute for us. As Dad put it, ‘It is more beautiful than I could ever have imagined’, and it truly is! Thank you Michelle, you are amazing!
